		<description>Good stuff, Craig. From my experience in the enterprise, I agree with you that the only way to get real feedback is by launching.

Put another way, as both Steve Blank (Customer Development methodology) and Eric Ries (Lean Startup) put it -- inside of the office are opinions, outside of the office are facts. You need to get your software into the hands of users to get facts as feedback, not opinions.

So launch it. Get the facts to make decisions. Don&#039;t make decisions based on opinions.</description>
